• Developing sales strategies and programs to increase sales efficiency.
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Training sales staff to improve performance.
• Developing and managing communication plans to support sales initiatives.
• Ensuring the sales quality is properly applied and fulfills customer needs.
คุณสมบัติ
• Indonesia Citizen only.
• Must have education standard to at least Bachelor and be of a legal working age.
• Min 2 years’ experience on Managing Sales Process.
• Excellent communication skills and is always polite and friendly.
• Experience in Managing large group of agents, with supervision to team manager.
• Ability to use proper MI report as tools on driving the actions.
• Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, work in a high-volume and fast paced environment is required.
• Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialized applications.
• Ability to write, mastery and present report.
