The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of the company. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven leader who can develop and implement successful strategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and drive customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing plans, have a deep understanding of the industry, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This position reports directly to the CEO.

5. Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets
6. Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, and develop plans to capture them
7. Develop and maintain promotional activities and strategies
8. Develop and manage customer experience initiatives
9. Create and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns
10. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and trends to ensure competitive advantage
