The Project Coordinator (Mandarin) will assist the Project Manager in various project management tasks, ensuring smooth communication and organization within the team.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist the Project Manager in setting schedules, managing documentation, and monitoring project progress.
• Prepare project status reports and keep project records organized.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with the team to ensure all tasks run smoothly.
• Manage daily administrative tasks related to project management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Min S1 Bachelor Degree.
• Able to speak Mandarin.
• 1-2 years experience as a project management assistant or related position.
• Detail-oriented and able to use Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills and time management skills.
• Education in the field of management or business administration is an added value.
• Placement: Landmark Pluit.
