Halo Robotics is looking for a sophisticated marketing manager that is able to lead a team and drive a full range of marketing activities in a dynamic high-tech, fast-growth work environment.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Systematically manage a team including Video, Social Media, Content Marketing, Design, Outbound Marketing & Communications, Website & Digital Marketing, ensuring an integration of activities to advance a coherent marketing plan.
• Design, budget, and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans, updating plans every quarter in coordination with Halo management, Principals/Manufacturers, and Reseller partners.
• Performance monitoring and systematic results reporting, maintaining high visibility on budget & results, meanwhile managing team KPIs to ensure that high performance is achieved in each job scope – constantly adapting and learning from the data of performance results and reports.
• Achieve inbound leads generation daily and weekly targets, with key emphasis on digital strategies including paid digital marketing campaigns, content marketing (YouTube, Blog, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp blast), and high performance website management.
• Independently organize and execute a regular schedule of offline seminars and events, webinars and workshops.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in fields related to Marketing & PR.
• Experience in marketing management, minimum 5-years in management roles.
• Strong technical background and deep knowledge about websites, digital strategies, CRM and modern marketing electronic tools; together with strong organizational competence and experience organizing offline events, seminars/gatherings, and PR functions.
• Clear and professional communication style, and able to communicate directly with marketing PICs from our Principals/Manufacturers, as needed.
• Honest, self-improving, and independent, with ability to research technology products and learn about specific market segments & customer profiles independently.
• Able to communicate fully and professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working in a distribution company together with reseller channel partners is a plus.
• Able to travel to customer locations around Indonesia outside the city, and internationally as needed.
• Able to speak in English internally and externally, both to customers and principals.
