We are now looking for Sales Director to lead and coordinate the internal Haleon Sales Team, driving the achievement of company objectives in line with strategic plans across offline retail channels in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and commercialize a comprehensive sales strategy by utilizing insights into market / brand dynamics, competitive landscapes and opportunities for growth.
• Lead the development of short to long-term, financial, and operational plans that align with the company's mission and goals to achieve business targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients, to enhance the company's reputation and facilitate business development.
• Lead the development of capabilities of the team by develop and implement a comprehensive sales capability program to identify and address the skills development needs of the team.
• Develop and execute the right route to market model for Indonesia to support the delivery of strategic business objectives, brand availability.
• Develop and execute a Go-to-Market strategy that aligns with strategic business objectives, focusing on penetration of large enterprise.
• Provide insights into in the development of the organizational plan, in close collaboration with other key functions of the organization to ensure adaptation of strategies are aligned with evolving customer needs.
• Strategize and implement systems and procedures that provide essential data and information for effective management, monitoring and decision making.
• Champion initiatives that promote Commercial Hygiene/Operations Excellence. Build and nurture a sales team capable of achieving outstanding results, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning strategies with overall company objectives.
Basic Qualifications.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
• University degree; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of general sales experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or OTC.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
• Exceptional negotiation skills, focusing on establishing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with trade and business partners.
• Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Strategic and analytical mindset in business operations.
• Strong commercial awareness and acumen, with a clear results-oriented approach.
