We have more than 30 years of experience in producing quality steel pipes for various applications such as furniture, bicycle frames, fan frames, shelves, etc. From our focus on quality inspection of products in both production and delivery, and also focusing on honest and sincere service, we have gained trust from customers for a long time. เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้

ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าฝ่ายบุคคลมีหน้าที่ในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และบริหารงานบุคคลทั้งหมด รวมถึงการวางระบบการทำงาน HR และการจัดการกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• งานพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์
• วางระบบการทำงาน HR
• บริหารงานบุคคลทั้งหมด ได้แก่ สรรหาบุคคลากร, ตรวจเงินเดือน, ฝึกอบรม, สวัสดิการ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ได้แก่ กิจกรรม 5 ส, ไคเซ็น, งานความปลอดภัย

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี (สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์/อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานบุคคลเป็นหัวหน้างาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้เรื่อง ปกส. กองทุนทดแทน กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ภงด
• มีความรู้โครงสร้างเงินเดือน
• การคิดค่าจ้าง/เงินเดือน
• มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน
• มีความรู้เรื่องระบบประเมินผล (KPI & Competency)
• มีความรู้เรื่องการส่งเอกสารราชการ เช่น ปกส กท. ภงด
• มีความรู้เรื่องการฝึกอบรม
• มีความรู้ระบบ 5 ส
• มีความรู้เรื่องไคเซ็น
• มีความรู้เรื่อง ISO
• มีความรู้เรื่อง จป วิชาชีพ หรือ จปเทคนิคขั้นสูง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ได้
