หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Manage the data team and optimize existing data systems to ensure optimal and reliable operations
- Set the direction for design and implementation of new data systems, including models, ETL, and visualizations
- Collaborate with teams across the company to understand current and future data needs, and ensure new systems designs can meet their requirements
- Take ownership of all aspects of data operations
คุณสมบัติ
- At least 6 years working in data analytics
- Strong background in data engineering with a demonstrable record of delivering data systems at scale
- Solid experience with cloud-based data systems; AWS Redshift is preferred
- Good expertise with SQL and building data models
- Very good experience with data presentation tools; Tableau is preferred
- Good understanding of data governance
- Strong communications skills, including very good English to communicate regularly with foreign teams
