Trade Operations Manager

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Drive sales from trade to end consumers by implementing key promotional tools, including events, roadshows, in-store communications, displays, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure to secure prime areas, maximize visibility, merchandising execution at shop front.
• Build strong relationships with store managers to address and resolve any front-line issues.
• Work with recruitment agency to recruit, engage, and motivate a team of promoters.
• Collaborate with Marketing to conduct effective training sessions for new product launches and enhance selling skills to drive conversions and trade up product.
• Establish productivity measures aligned with trade benchmarks.
• Control operational expenses, such as travel costs for the promotion team.
• Plan manpower resources to efficiently support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to coordinate with buyers and successfully launch promotional campaigns.
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or Mass Communication.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Flexible to work in and outside Bangkok occasionally.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint/ Outlook).
• People-oriented and with ability to manage human resources.
• Team player and strong Communication skills.
• Good training skills.
• Effective motivator.
