Great Giant Foods (GGF) is the brand entity of Gunung Sewu Group for a leading vertically integrated food player that cultivates, manufactures, delivers fresh and processed fruits, juice, meat, and dairy. Each of GGF’s business units has been established with the principle of sustainable integrated farming and become modern manufacturing company. These allow the organization to have complete oversee across our entire supply chain. Today, through its affiliates, partners, and representative offices in Asia, Europe, Middle East and the US, GGF delivers food products and agricultural commodities to the global market around the world. The company's processing facilities are certified with domestic and international standard for food processing and safety. The products not only distribute in local market but exported to over 60+ countries in Asia Pacific, North America, South America, Middle East and Europe. Great Giant Foods has already been actively implementing green practices for over 50+ years. And we learned that although there is a cost involved in going green, profits do not necessarily have to take a hit. We speak from experience, because in 10 short years, these green practices have boosted our yield per hectare by as much as 50%. Going Green is a process, not a one-time project. At our plantation, nothing is wasted; every part is utilised. We are the original RRR production unit- and have earned our ‘green’ label by consistently implementing green measures across the board. We are also committed to reach zero-waste production cycle through our rigorous implementation of sustainable integrated farming approach.

LEAP (Leadership Acceleration Program) is Management Trainee Program designed to identify and cultivate future leaders. This comprehensive program aims to equip selected trainees with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in leadership roles. Through a blend of classroom learning, hands-on projects, and mentorship, trainee will develop critical competencies that align with the organization's strategic goals.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assist in managing departmental projects as required, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the operational, financial processes and objectives of each department.
• Provide administrative and analytical support, including but not limited to data analysis and report preparation.
• Participate in the company’s strategic planning initiatives, contributing to performance evaluations through the preparation of reports, data analysis, and presentations.
• Responsible for managing organizational change initiatives, learning how to apply strategies to evolving business dynamics

คุณสมบัติ

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to relocate across various locations in Indonesia.
