We are looking for a Senior Account Management to help Grab build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and increase revenue. This role is a fixed term role, reporting to the Manager, and will work onsite at our Jakarta office.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with multiple stakeholders at a very early stage to build the merchant trust, communication, and service needed to retain and grow our top merchants.
• Merchant Engagement: Engage our merchants, listen to their needs, provide feedback, and maintain close communications.
• Market Understanding: Understand the market and competition dynamics and promote a viable business.
• Problem Solving: Accept challenging assignments, help leaders make tough decisions, partner to create impact.
• Process Management: Ensure the delivery of end-to-end process, from planning to execution.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ensure the partners are growing with you and the company. Take a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner to grow basket size and create loyal customers.

คุณสมบัติ

• Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in management, business, public administration, or engineering.
• Work Experience: ~5 years of sales business development, account management or operations, with experience managing a team.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added value.
• Business Process and Risk Management: Knowledgeable in business process management, assessing, and controlling risk, and successful programs execution.
• Field Work Interest and Language Proficiency: Interest in carrying out off-ground activities (including external partner engagement) - willing to be on the ground for ~3 days a week.
• Industry Passion: Has an interest towards on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular.
• Communication and Negotiation: Proficient in English. Can build positive relationship with partners, influence and reach a mutually beneficial agreement in a discussion, while managing.
