We are looking for a dedicated Merchant Payment Operations Assistant Manager with primary responsibility to oversee the onboarding and activation of merchant applications within our system efficiently.

• Oversee the entire merchant payment process and ensure seamless integration with our platform.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance payment operations, reduce complaints, and increase merchant satisfaction.
• Work towards creating automated processes across countries to improve payment operations.
• Collaborate with teams across various markets to refine workflows affecting merchant payment operations.
• Monitor payment operations performance, address any issues, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
คุณสมบัติ
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or a similar role, demonstrating a ability to improve processes.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage positively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on process optimization.
• Familiarity with payment operations and related policies would be a valuable asset.
