Grab is seeking a Lending Operation Associate to support the Lending Operations team, which is crucial for profitability and the development of lending products tailored to partners' needs.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Act as the functional heart of our Driver Lending business.
• Support Lending Operations Manager in executing day-to-day lending operational process (front-to-back operations, e.g. disbursal, communications, reporting etc).
• Identify and solve gaps in the operational process to improve operations efficiency.
• Liaise with external partners and internal team to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze and investigate customer cases and operations issue to derive conclusions.
• You will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta.

• 2+ year of experience in a lending or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in loan origination systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial statements and credit reports.
