The People Operations Business Partner (Pops BP) aligns business objectives with key stakeholders and employees in designated departments, providing People expertise and counsel across various HR disciplines.

• You will connect our challenges to People solutions, addressing risks and opportunities swiftly.
• You will provide thought leadership on people matters and perform the role of an independent internal people consultant to the business.
• You will create People programs, policies, and initiatives in partnership with centres of excellence (COEs), ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
• You will provide support to managers in employee relations, performance management, rewards, retention, and talent development.
• You will coach managers and teams to increase performance, enhance skills, and support their professional growth, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• You will foster a culture emphasizing inclusion, quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance.
• You will be a catalyst for change initiatives, aligning priorities and enabling collaborative relationships.
• You will guide and help implement organisational restructuring, driving alignment and adoption across teams, processes, and systems.
• You will collaborate with business leaders to guide the workforce planning process and develop resource forecasts, ensuring agreement on long-term organisational goals and budgetary goals.
• You will identify skill gaps, recommend and implement appropriate training and development initiatives.
• You will oversee talent deployment, assess needs, and anticipate future requirements.
• You will use HR data and analytics to identify trends, assess organizational health, and make data-driven recommendations.
• You will establish and communicate People metrics to demonstrate added value and lead necessary changes in practices and policies.

• Proven experience in a People Operations or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and metrics.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and teams.
