The THT Section Manager is responsible for managing all personnel in the THT Department, ensuring staff effectiveness, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and overseeing production according to company guidelines.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Management of all personnel assigned to THT Department.
• Ensure staff effectiveness and cost improvements.
• Ensure 5S at high standards throughout the entire area.
• Manage THT Production according to guidelines from Prod Manager.
• Manage THT lines to get high performance, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage LEAN activities focused on productivity improvement.
• Control THT lines to meet production plan and customer requirements.
• Control THT lines to produce with high standard refer to ISO, IPC standard, Safety, and company rule.
• Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
• Ensure that staff has been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
• Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies, and rules.
• Ensure that all employees are properly trained in use of the ERP system.
• Control THT Production to achieve department goals and meet all customer commitments.
• Develop of THT working process and ensure process need are established, implement, and maintained.
• Ensure the performance of THT machines and staffs are working high efficiency.
• Manage and motivate THT staffs to meet production requirement.
• Take all necessary actions to manage THT production cost and improve profitability.
• Collect and submit department KPI report by monthly with action plan for opportunity improvement.
• Ensure THT area is clean and good housekeeping.
• Suggest to improvements/cost savings and investments for THT Production.
• Cleanliness and good housekeeping (7S) in the department.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Management or related field.
• Experience at least 5 years in managing teams in production related environment.
• Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logical thinking.
• Good command for English and Computer skills.
