At Gosoft Thailand, we are looking for a talented and driven Data Scientist to join our team and help solve business challenges through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. You will play a critical role in building AI/ML models, delivering actionable insights, and driving innovation in the retail and e-commerce industry.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical analyses to address business needs.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business challenges, collect requirements, and ensure alignment with data solutions.
• Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions, from feature engineering to model deployment.
• Research and stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends and techniques to apply innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Science or related role, preferably in retail or e-commerce domains.
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is a plus.
