The Head of Supply Planning - Aviation is responsible for managing inventory positions, analyzing demand requirements, leading manufacturing meetings, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations in collaboration with the global supply chain team.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Anticipates total network inventory position impacts of sale /seasonal volume, new item introductions and obsolete item discontinuation and manages appropriate actions to meet inventory targets.
• Analyze demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks, recommend actions for resolution.
• Conduct capacity planning and provide input to management regarding machine capacity or manpower issues.
• Lead weekly meetings with the manufacturing team to ensure supply status is on track. Any foreseen issues need to be raised quickly.
• Work with global supply chain Aviation team in case of supply constraints and ensure import and local production supply is smooth and serve the customer's requirement.
• Provide direct analytical support and reports for the planning and customer service.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, Master’s Degree is a plus.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics in a multinational environment with (5) years on a managerial level.
• Must be able to work with Global Supply Chain Aviation Team in dealing with supply constraints and ensuring that import and local production supply is smooth and serve the customer's requirement.
• Has solid knowledge of total network inventory management including new item introduction and obsolete item discontinuation, demand, supply and capacity planning, and customer service.
• With strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in local and English languages.
