The Consumer OE Account Director - ASEAN is responsible for leading the ASEAN Consumer OE business, managing a significant P&L, and driving strategic direction and growth initiatives while developing a high-performing team.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead a $132M P&L in 2024 growing to $166M by 2028 for ASEAN Consumer OE business with Focus on team of professionals on key account management for Global and Regional OEMs with full P&L responsibility.
• Provide strategic direction for all activities leading to achieving the AOP, as well as defining long term profitable and sustainable growth strategies and KPIs for ASEAN Consumer OE business linked to AP 1-2-3 Vision.
• Guide, drive alignment and execution of ASEAN specific country OE strategy to support both ASEAN and AP OE Strategy and Objectives.
• Improve the company's profitability by achieving the targeted topline and bottom-line objectives linked to AP 1-2-3 Goals.
• Responsible for all aspects of OE business management: Business Development, Planning, Monitoring program development and OE business financial performance by collaboration with cross-functional teams not limited to Tech Centers, AP regional team and other AP clusters and countries for business strategy and project alignment.
• Interact with management team of OE accounts at senior level proactively to build strong relationship between 2 parties.
• Lead and develop high-performing OE account team in ASEAN with coaching, support and retention of key talents.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree with above 10 years of proven B2B or Account Management experience.
• Above 10 years of proven B2B sales and account management experience in MNC and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners in auto industry.
• 5-years above of leadership role with B2B team management experience in minimum.
