หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Present and demonstrate products
• Analyze and study product data in the lab
• Prepare importation documents, auction envelopes, and contracts
• Install and inspect products to ensure they meet objectives
• Conduct training and seminars for customers and sales representatives
• Create product specifications, manuals, and presentation materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve product usage issues through lab testing
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate product importation and sales, as well as post-sales product support
• Perform other assigned tasks related to the products
คุณสมบัติ
• 0-1 years of work experience
• Knowledge and experience in using general scientific laboratory equipment
• Familiarity with Fermentation-Bioprocess in Up/Down stream processing
• Knowledge of Up-stream processing: Microbial-Plant cell culture process
• Additional knowledge of Down-stream processing such as Protein purification and Molecular Biology is a plus
• Proficient in listening, speaking, and writing in English, as well as good computer skills
