The Manager - Export Sales (OEM) is responsible for driving international sales growth through effective customer acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies tailored to specific markets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support. The Manager will also oversee and coach a dedicated sales team, focusing on both front-line and after-sales service, to achieve company goals in export sales.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Achieve objectives and sales targets for assigned markets, analyze customer requirements, and develop effective sales strategies for export activities.
• Conduct market trend analysis and review market intelligence reports to identify new business opportunities and increase sales in potential markets.
• Manage and monitor Gross Profit (GP) performance for each assigned area/customer.
• Maintain professional relationships with all customers, provide guidance and supervision to the sales team, including front-line and after-sales service, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales (OEM), preferably with managerial experience.
• Experience in the Food and Beverage or FMCG industry preferred.
• Proven track record in developing customer relationships and increasing sales in international markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in market trend analysis and strategic planning for business growth.
• Fluency in English and Chinese-speaking ability (both written and verbal).
