The Industrial Sales Manager is responsible for implementing policies related to Environment, Health and Safety, defining and executing the industrial segment strategy, and ensuring profitable growth through effective sales and marketing management.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Ensure the implementation of the policy on Environment, Health and Safety in the company as well as Quality Management Systems in the department.
• Define and implement Industrial segment strategy in Indonesia together with Head of Sales & Marketing and Managing Director.
• Delivering profitable growth through holistic approach to sales & marketing management and to improve the profitability of the Industrial Market Segment.
• Ensure the sales process from the initial stage to commissioning/payment from the customer is complete.
• Ensure proper networking activities with Industrial authorities, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Whenever necessary coordinate with distributors activities for securing sales for supplying main projects on timely manner.
• Make full use of product knowledge including technical know-how on the welding technologies, establishing a highly valued sales tool in front of the customers whenever it comes to technical specifications and sales argumentation and during exhibition.
• Maintain CRM updated reports including OTP report with latest developments for main project and market activities including competitor information.
คุณสมบัติ
• Diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industry) or Sales management.
• Experience in Sales Project, Sales Technical Knowledge and Sales Marketing in Pipe Production and Piping System.
• Preferable strong marketing experienced in Market Segment Industry (Energy, Chemical Process Industry, Water Treatment, etc.). Especially Water Treatment Process.
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Proven leadership/management experience in sales & marketing with thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
• Able to do and read technical drawing/design (ACAD) and AUTOCAD.
• Computer Literate in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Power-point, Publisher, etc.).
• Leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation Skills. Hands on Management systems (Lean, ISO, 7QC Tools, Kaizen).
• Good Personality and able to communication with English language.
• Preferably leave in Jakarta or would like to work in Jakarta.
• Placement at Jakarta Branch Office.
