The Production Executive is a key member of the production team and is responsible for managing the production process across the entire project lifecycle. They will be responsible for the successful management of production teams, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all production elements are delivered on time and within budget. The Production Executive will be responsible for coordinating production resources, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the highest quality of work is achieved. A successful Production Executive will have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

1. Oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure the production targets and deadlines are met.
2. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality.
3. Manage the budget for the production department and monitor spending to ensure that it is kept within the allocated limits.
4. Create a production schedule and assign tasks to staff to ensure that all production processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Monitor the productivity of staff and ensure that they are meeting their targets.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for production.
7. Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and all equipment is maintained in accordance with safety standards.
8. Monitor the quality of the finished product and take corrective action if necessary.
9. Develop and implement training programs for the production staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
10. Analyze production data and provide reports to management on the performance of the production department.

• Bachelor's degree in film, television, or related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in production
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and budget reconciliation
• Strong working knowledge of industry standard software and hardware
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
