The Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing Windows Server environments, Active Directory services, and Azure cloud integration, while ensuring security, compliance, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Plan, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Implement security best practices and patches.
• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory services.
• Create and maintain user accounts, security groups, and group policies.
• Troubleshoot AD-related problems and ensure a secure directory structure.
• Collaborate with the cloud team to manage infrastructure with Azure services.
• Manage and support AD and Azure Virtual Machines to support hybrid cloud solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources for cost-efficiency.
• Understanding or experiencing with DevOps or DevSecOps will be advantage.
• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Implement VLANs, subnets, and basic network segmentation.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles for server provisioning and configuration management.
• Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Test and validate recovery procedures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes.
• Share knowledge and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operation and project goals.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing basic infrastructure, Networks, Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Having foundation of understanding Cloud Computing and services (preferred Azure).
• Basic networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. (Optional)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE) are a plus. (Optional)
• Able to communicate effectively in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
