As the Community Marketing Executive at FoodMarketHub, your primary responsibility will be to organize and manage Monthly workshops in Bangkok. These workshops aim to bring together our partners and suppliers to demonstrate their products, while also inviting our restaurant customers to attend and learn about the latest trends and innovations in the food industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and promote FoodMarketHub.
• Workshop Planning: Plan and coordinate weekly workshops in Bangkok, including selecting venues, scheduling workshop topics, and managing logistics.
• Partner and Supplier Engagement: Identify potential partners and suppliers, establish relationships with them, and invite them to participate in the workshops to demonstrate their products.
• Customer Engagement: Reach out to our restaurant customers, inviting them to attend the workshops and emphasizing the benefits of networking and learning about new products and services.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote FoodMarketHub, create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and monitor performance metrics.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience, promote workshops, and share relevant content and offers.
• Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content for social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters to attract and engage our target audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media and email marketing metrics, prepare reports on campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Weekly reporting to Head of Regional Marketing (Malaysia)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and marketing, preferably in the food industry or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and implementing effective social media strategies.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) to create, automate, and analyze email campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content and communicate effectively with partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing metrics.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Food Market Hub is an end-to-end procurement management platform which automates all back-end operations for F&B businesses. Food Market Hub allows restaurants to manage existing suppliers and connect with new suppliers, all while providing a seamless payments option, and minimising food cost and wastage using AI. Likewise, suppliers use Food Market Hub to manage and consolidate orders and collections. Food Market Hub is building towards the future of F&B by enabling this massively underserved segment with a complete ecosystem covering sourcing, SaaS and financing.
