หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Execute sales strategy as well as plan and realize sales forecast and business plan within the area of responsibility
• Realize defined sales and gross margin targets within the area of responsibility to improve market share as well as introduce best practice to maximize customer satisfaction
• Observation and analysis of markets, competitors and customers to develop and implement in agreement with marketing measures to improve sales performance
• Manage accounts and negotiate and maintain contracts within authority in consideration of defined guidelines and margins to maximize revenues and achieve sales targets
• Managements of customer claims to provide optimized sales and technical solutions and maximize customer satisfaction
• Implement marketing concepts, introduce new products as well as define and provide, customized solutions and proposals to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Report on sales activities to Managing Director and initiate and implement measures in case of deviations
• Establish sales budget with Managing Director to ensure growth and profitability in the defined area
• Lead and motivate sales teams to improve personal and Department performance and continuously develop professional expertise
• Support development of area sales objectives and plans as well as market analysis and research

คุณสมบัติ

• University degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering) or long-term commercial practices
• 5 years sales / commercial experience in Industrial Equipment
• Understand about Technical Engineering ANSI, ASME, API (screw compressor, dryer unit, and PSA)
• Willing to travel throughout Indonesia and occasionally overseas
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical, aggressive, having leadership capability, good communication & negotiation skills, and reporting skills
• Computer proficiency is required
• Willing to be placed in Legok - Tangerang
