The Sales Engineer Executive is responsible for promoting, displaying, and selling machines across various industries while managing customer relationships and sales data to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Always ensure satisfaction of customers and suppliers.
• Communicate daily with customers and suppliers by phone, Email and face-to-face.
• Take responsibility of the complete sales pipeline: Customer acquisition / offer preparation & submission / follow-up / award of customer PO and OC / vendor management and expediting / manage & oversee installation and commissioning / customer support.
• Develop strategic plans and tactics to increase sales.
• Analyze competitor activity and customer feedback to develop new strategies and adjust existing ones.
• Ensure on-time availability of all relevant data from customers and suppliers.
• Monitor, evaluate and align sales and supply chain data.
• Build relationships with customers and offer personalized customer service.
• Be approachable and open to concerns by customers, suppliers, and colleagues always.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or other related fields.
• A degree in mechanical engineering is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 year of experience in technical sales.
• Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
• Team Player on local, regional, and international level.
• Good working attitude, good operational and communications skills, able to work under timing pressure.
• Able to use a personal computer and ODOO, MS Office software, in particular complex MS Excel files.
• Good communicate in English.
• Working day : Mon - Fri at 8.30 am. - 6.00 pm.
