ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยธุรการโครงการมีหน้าที่ควบคุม ดูแลวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และจัดการการเบิกจ่ายสินค้า รวมถึงการทำรายงานสรุปการรับจ่ายสินค้าในแต่ละวัน.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ควบคุม ดูแลวัสดุอุปกรณ์ – เครื่องมือทุกประเภท
• เช็คของภายในสโตร์
• ดูแลการเบิก – จ่าย สินค้าให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอน
• รับของที่ Supplier หรือบริษัทขนส่งมาส่ง
• ตรวจเช็ค และนับของให้ครบตามจำนวนที่รับเข้า
• เก็บของเข้าสโตร์ให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
• ตัดสต็อคสินค้า และขับรถส่งสินค้ากรณีที่ต้องไปส่งสินค้าด้านนอก
• ทำรายงานสรุปการรับ – การจ่าย และยอดคงเหลือในแต่ละวัน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาไม่จำกัด
• ขยันทำงาน ตรงต่อเวลา
• มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ได้อย่างดี
• ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว สุขภาพแข็งแรง
• สามารถยกของหนักได้ ไม่เกี่ยงงาน อดทน สู้งานได้ดี
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารเป็นอย่างดี
