เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• บริหารจัดการ และควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของทีม ในการตอบข้อสอบถามการเปิดบัญชีกองทุน การซื้อ ขาย ข้อมูลการลงทุน โปรโมชั่นต่าง ๆ การแก้ไขงานทะเบียน การรับเงินค่าขายคืนหน่วย
• ดูแลระบบการซื้อ ขาย ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ เช่น calendly จองคิว ทำรายการ Phone order
• ดูแล extra serverice ต่าง ๆ ทั้งตามที่ตามข้อกำหนดกฎเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ การ call back
• ดูแลและพัฒนาการระบบต่าง ๆ เพื่อรองรับการให้บริการลูกค้า เช่น ประกาศใน help center
• ปฎิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ
• จบปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงาน Customer Service 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความสามารถในการจัดการ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและจัดการลำดับความสำคัญได้ดี
• มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• รักงานบริการ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีประสบการณ์ Customer Service สินค้า Gadget จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
• จบปริญญาตรี การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ
• ชอบงานบริการ เรียนรู้งานได้รวดเร็ว มีทัศนคติที่ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• Microsoft office : words / excel
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2-3 ปี
