The Project Lead Event (Custom) is responsible for managing event projects with brands, ensuring successful execution and coordination among various stakeholders.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead Custom Project Officer
• Responsible for managing an event project with a Brands
• Find or create the venue, event concept and decor, rundown, and engaging talking points according to the brand's brief
• Coordinate with all relevant parties involved in the preparation, execution, and success of the event (Sales/Acoount Executive/Event Operations/Event Production/Community/Design/Procurement/KOL/etc)
• Create and gather event reports, evaluations, and insights after the event has taken place
• Ensure events are carried out successfully

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimal 5-8 years experience handling Event Projects (preferably has handled Beauty Events)
• Beauty enthusiast to gather more references about beauty for the event
• Ability work under pressure
• Good public speaking skills & leadership skill
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Fluent in english
• Creative, multitasking and details oriented
• Ability to plan and execute projects with many moving parts
• Familiarity with event trends and developments
