The Assistant / Account Manager will support account managers in customer communication, sales support, project management, and customer information management, ensuring effective service and relationship building with clients.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Customer communication and service:
• Assist account managers in handling customer inquiries, complaints and needs, and ensure that customer problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Follow up customer needs, provide necessary information and support, and maintain customer relationships.
• Responsible for the arrangement of activities and building the relationship with high or medium level customers, e.g. MD, CXO, DD or AD.
Customer information management:
• Maintain and update customer information database to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
• Prepare and organize customer-related documents and reports.
Sales support:
• Assist account managers in formulating and implementing sales plans, including market research, competitive product analysis, etc.
• Participate in the planning and organization of sales activities, and support account managers in achieving sales targets.
Project management:
• Assist account managers in following up on project progress and ensure that all work is completed on time.
• Coordinate internal resources, solve problems that arise in the project, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Reporting and analysis.
• Obtain the key information of the related project, e.g. demand forecast, budget and bidding plan, competitors' information etc.
• Responsible for bidding support of passive products with customers, e.g. optical fiber, dropwire, spiltter, closure, pre-connector etc.
• Responsible for the assistance of the project execution work on projects for cash process (PO, bond, DAT/DAC, overdue payment, claim etc).

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:
• Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, no major limit, marketing, business management, economics and other related majors are preferred.
• Work experience: Fresh graduates are welcomed, or 2-3 years of relevant work experience Prioritize (such as customer service, sales support, marketing promotion, etc.).
• Skill requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with customers and team members.
2. Excellent organization and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and maintain efficiency.
3. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with basic data analysis skills.
4. Understanding customer management system (CRM) and other related tools is preferred.
• Personal qualities:
1. Meticulous and patient, with strong problem-solving skills and service awareness.
2. Possess a certain degree of stress resistance and be able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
3. Proactive, with good learning and adaptability.
• Language requirements: Fluent English communication skills, Chinese is a plus. (Major in Chinese with HSK5 or corresponding level also accept.)
• Other requirements:
1. Have a certain understanding of the telecommunications industry and be able to quickly master the knowledge of related products or services.
2. Have a team spirit and be able to cooperate with the account manager to complete various tasks and goals.
