The Project Designer will be responsible for creating preliminary design drawings for new store/renovation projects, planning renovation designs based on company concepts, and coordinating with contractors to ensure work aligns with the design.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create preliminary design drawings for new store/renovation projects.
• Plan renovation designs based on company concepts.
• Create layouts for new and existing stores.
• Present preliminary drawings to landlords or building management.
• Meet with contractors to discuss technical details of new store/renovation plans.
• Coordinate equipment orders based on layout.
• Check equipment and store fixtures for alignment with design.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum 2 years experience in interior design, preferably in retail or restaurant.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design with a portfolio.
• Conceptual understanding of store design, especially minimarkets.
• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp 3D, 3Dmax, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Own a personal vehicle (motorcycle/car) and willing to travel.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Placement: Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
