หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Inspired leadership for manufacturing quality area.
• Provide motivation, support, and guidance to the department employees.
• KPI driven in Quality, plan and program set up, implementation and monitoring & review department employee performance.
• Help to promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Support the department employee’s communication with the management team.
• Supervise and monitor Manufacturing Quality Supervisor and Quality Specialist in the daily activities.
• Identify training needs to improve skill of manpower in production and maintenance.
• Risk analysis identification and address problems and opportunities for the company. Develop, implement, and review standard operating procedures and policies for continuous improvement in the department activities.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes and ensure that customer requirements are met and be Customer’s Representative.
• Support Quality Specialist in the investigation of the customer complaints, identifying root causes and respond with corrective action in 8D format.
• Ensure Process Audit on production processes plan and conduct audit to ensure standard operating and quality procedures are followed in the daily activity and ensure product audit plan and perform per plan.
• Support the management of the Material Rejection Board to dispose material nonconformities and support Manufacturing QA supervisor on quality complains to suppliers.
• Define a yearly plan and conduct supplier external audits.
• Involve as internal auditor for IATF 16949 of quality management systems.
• Set & manage production budgets and implement cost control program.
• Accomplish any special task assigned by the superior as necessary and provide the needed data and results and technical report.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related fields.
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
• Have an experience in Quality function at least 5-10 years.
• Experience background in automotive or Electronic manufacturing.
• Experience background in manufacturing with certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 as prefer.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Proactive, Flexible, good attitude, good collaboration, Team work, Positive Thinking.
