The Business Consultant (MINI) is responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers through the vehicle selection process.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate the unique features of our luxury vehicles.
• Present pricing and financing options to customers in a transparent manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, features, and benefits of our vehicle models.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
คุณสมบัติ
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for luxury automobiles and a strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, driven, and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of financing options and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
