Essity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations within designated areas, contributing expertise, energy, and creativity to the business.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans for area of responsibility.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team ensuring that agreed activities are fulfilled.
• Allocate resources according to up-to-date customer categorization and Go-To-Market approach.
• Monitor agreed activities, sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem/opportunities areas and adapt procedures.
• Support sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
• Provide immediate supervision to a sales team with emphasis on coaching and mentoring and assigning tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively.
