EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. The Maintenance Engineer will report to the Rx Maintenance Manager and is responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring reliability to support production, and coordinating maintenance activities in line with EHS procedures.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Maintain equipment and ensure that equipment reliability will support production plan following PM plan and EssilorLuxottica standards.
• Control the maintenance activities following EHS procedure and coordinate with related parties.
• Participate in the improvements/development of the process to achieve higher performance in terms of safety, environment, output, quality, and cost.
• Prepare maintenance spare parts such as long lead spare parts or specific parts to support PM plan.
• Establish maintenance documents such as procedure, WI, SOP, and log sheet.
• Provide quick support to solve issues and maintain operations running in urgent cases.
• Establishing the equipment list and criticality classification following equipment registration procedure.
• Establishing/Developing/Updating the maintenance procedure, work instruction, SOP, and maintenance recordable form.
• Planning and performing maintenance activities following procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with sub-ordinate, production department, related sections, and supplier until job finish.
• Ensuring the maintenance team works according to the instruction given and written.
• Final inspecting maintenance job quality and validation with engineering and quality department.
• Managing/Controlling ready spare for support PM/CM activities.
• Investigating and analyzing equipment breakdown following root cause analysis method.
• Leading to improve equipment by increasing efficiency, optimization, bad actor reduction, and utilities saving.
• Preparing yearly CAPEX in close coordination with superior and ensuring target projects are implemented and achieved within budget.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent field with professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in
