The PMO Manager Continuous Improvement is responsible for providing reliable information to support decision-making, ensuring project quality, and fostering partnerships with stakeholders while managing project plans and documentation.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Providing information & being the source of reliable and accurate information to support the decision making
• Reviewing with project owner regularly to check the project progress
• Providing support for the project to ensure the quality of the project
• Encouraging project teams to meet the objective, timeline and expected post implementation benefits
• Create and Manage Project Plans
• Lead process of issue identification and resolution
• Manage all documentation
• Foster partnership with customers/team/stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent
• At least 8 Years of working experience in the related field as Project Management Manager
• Experience in handling project related to Operation Process Improvement and System Implementation
• Experience in Project Management Method such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Scrum, or Agile
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to work 100% from office at Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat
