ตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานผลิตมีหน้าที่ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมายขององค์กร พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในไลน์การผลิต.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลพนักงานในส่วนงานให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต ในแผนกให้ได้ตามแผนและสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
• ให้คำปรึกษา และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในไลน์การผลิต
• จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการผลิตและรายงานของเสีย
• จัดทำ KPI Report และนำเสนอกับฝ่ายบริหาร
• ใฝ่เรียนรู้และพัฒนา ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ
• การศึกษาระดับ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
• ปวส.มีประสบการณ์การหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิต 3 ปีขึ้นไป หรือ ปริญญาตรีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป
• ทำงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ความเป็นผู้นำสูง
• มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
• สามารถทำงานในวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์
• พร้อมเริ่มงานทันที
