หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• รักษาระบบการจัดการไฟล์ DCC และบันทึกไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ล่าสุดไปยัง DCC เพื่อการอ้างอิงโดยเพื่อนร่วมงาน
• ให้ข้อมูลตาม NPI
• อัปเดตและบำรุงรักษา BOM ของระบบ BPCS
• ช่วยวิศวกรระบบคุณภาพในการประสานงานและจัดระเบียบการตรวจสอบลูกค้า
• ทำความเข้าใจระบบการจัดการคุณภาพของเอกสารแต่ละแผนกของบริษัท (Quality Manual，Procedure document，Work Instruction，external document)
• จัดการไฟล์ที่ควบคุมตามกิจกรรมกระบวนการที่ต้องการ
• บันทึก，ออก，รีไซเคิล
• รักษาระบบการจัดการไฟล์，เก็บรักษาไฟล์ใน DCC
คุณสมบัติ
• วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
• คุ้นเคยกับการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ Office และอุปกรณ์สำนักงานต่างๆ
• มีความคุ้นเคยกับเครื่องมือหลัก（APQP,PPAP,FMEA, SPC, MSA）
• คุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการ ISO14001:2015; IATF16949
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ทักษะการประสานงานและการดำเนินการที่ดี และมีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• มีความเป็นมืออาชีพและทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
