Social Commerce Content Manager (TikTok)

The role will cooperate with internal stakeholders (in Region & Affiliates) to lead social commerce content strategy and manage partnerships (social commerce platforms, e-commerce enablers, content agencies, media agencies, KOL network) and coordinate projects to drive both commercial results and consumer experience.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Work with brand consumer marketing manager and CE & Education team and CCH to develop a content strategy for each platform in line with our brand and marketing calendar
• Work with local and regional brand team to develop daily social commerce content plan taking below into consideration for plan development
• TikTok trends monitor and ideation: Follow up on relevant TikTok trend timely, suggest the right direction and ideation for the brand to ride on the momentum and gain EMV as well as sales
• Branded short video content creation: Content brief to brand and Tiktok agency, follow up execution and quality check + work with agency in analytics (sales, content, product performance, set KPIs ex. EMV value, # NTF, KOL Traffic, Artist Traffic) ads performance?) sharing & actions
• KOLs content initiative and selection + appropriate Affiliate Creators solution (target, open, shop plan): work with brand communication team and TSP for KOLs content pillar, brief, suggest up and coming TT creator (in case of any raising content creator)
• Branded short video selection from the pool of available short videos: identify existing short videos to be localized, work with content agency for localization and editing of short videos
• Work with brand team for content calendar / cadence, incorporate livestreaming (from KOLs & Artists), short VDO production, KOL management, shop in shop management??, artist content into the plan
• Brand live – streaming content creation: content brief for each host, coordinating with content agency and also branded artist team
• Coordinate with Media agency for media planning to boost creator live-streaming and creator short videosTrend: spot trends suitable for the brand and incorporate these trends into your content plan
• Data: analysis our own social media content to work with digital marketing for media optimization
• Work closely with Online/ Commercial team to analyze commercial results of content and optimize it based on data
• Develop best practices, tools, and templates to facilitate effective collaboration among teams, including providing regular project status updates and progress reports to leadership.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields
