The PDSS Sales Manager in Thailand will be responsible for developing and managing the PDSS business, focusing on Utility & Renewable Industry, through driving and supporting channels, exploring new opportunities, and developing new customers.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage and support all channels and customers on technical and commercial matters.
• Set, measure, and monitor the performance of channels in Thailand.
• Assist in developing channels in Thailand to expand coverage without creating conflicts.
• Liaise with product line managers to provide the best support to channels/customers in Thailand.
• Develop sales growth strategies for new products and solutions in Thailand.
• Provide market information such as trends, customers' needs, and competition activities in Thailand.
• Establish sales budget and profit planning in Thailand.
• Provide monthly/rolling sales and order forecast of Thailand to the region and supervisor.
• Work with Customer Support Representatives to ensure prompt FAT, shipments, and services.
• Provide bi-weekly business update report to supervisor and participate in conference calls.
• Provide technical support and customized solutions to meet customers' needs in Thailand.
• Develop, propose, and initiate product and solution promotions in Thailand.
• Liaise with Credit department for Payment terms and Credit lines of distributors.
• Organize training for channels in Thailand on Foreign Corruption Practice Acts and Business Ethics.
• Liaise with Inside sales representative, customer service representative, and application engineer to finalize quotations with solutions for customers.
คุณสมบัติ
• 6~14 Years related experience
• Prefer working experience for Power capacitor company
• Decent technical knowledge of Electrical products and solutions, particularly in Power transmission, distribution network, & Renewable Energy Industry
• Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
• Transparent, On-time communication and reporting to supervisor
• Strategic thinking skills with creativity
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Taking Initiative with strong leadership and passion to explore new business
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
