เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้

Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation for the Department of Agriculture (DOA), ensuring timely submission and follow-up for various DOA permissions. Collaborates with logistics and customs service providers to facilitate efficient and prompt customs clearance.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepare all shipping documents for the import and export of seeds and non-seed items.
• Prepare and submit required documents to the Department of Agriculture (DOA).
• Manage the end-to-end process of product registrations with the DOA.
• Follow up with logistics and customs service providers to ensure timely clearance of seeds and non-seed shipments.
• Coordinate with the stock seed team, plant team, and production country for stock seed shipments.
• Collaborate with other Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions to track and update shipment progress.
• Maintain and review a cost tracker to evaluate process efficiency.
• Work closely with Finance to facilitate payment of import costs.
• Execute projects as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or import-export is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and patient, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address issues promptly.
• Positive attitude and adaptable to changing needs.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
