The Assistant Field position requires a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Plantation with 4 years of experience in Palm Oil Plantation companies. The candidate should have extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of Palm Plantation (LC, seedling, TBM & TM area maintenance, harvesting).
