หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Membuat dan mereview draft-draft surat perjanjian dan dokumen Legal yang terkait dengan operasional perusahaan di region
• Membuat database/filing surat perjanjian atau dokumen Legal yang diterbitkan di region termasuk dokumen legalitas perusahaan
• Menindaklanjuti setiap temuan yang dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya kegiatan operasional perusahaan;
• Membangun komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan Pemerintah daerah setempat, dan seluruh aparat penegak hukum di region baik dari instansi Kepolisian, Kejaksaan maupun Pengadilan;
• Memastikan bahwa dalam menjalankan fungsi Dept. Legal telah sesuai dengan peraturan Perusahaan dan SOP yang berlaku
คุณสมบัติ
• Pendidikan Minimal S1 Jurusan Hukum
• Memiliki Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di Litigasi atau Corporate
• Profesi Advocat dan mempunyai berita acara sumpah (BAS)
