The purpose of this job is to implement and build SHE culture at site Cileungsi and Jakarta Office. This role will be reporting to Assoc. Manager, SHE&S, who is based in our plant at Cileungsi, West Java.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Support SHE&S Assoc.Manager to monitoring and maintain implementation of SHE Program at site including lifesaving rules, SHE Standard and guidelines, PPE standard, etc.
• Deliver SHE&S training and KAIZEN SHE Induction for new worker and contractor.
• Liase with other department in term of updating and reviewing Risk Assessment, Process hazard analysis and other risk assessment as per dsm-firmenich requirement and review job safety Analysis of internal project/work and contractor.
• Conduct SHE&S Inspection regularly in operation and project and verified safety equipment inspection (PPE, First Aid Box, Spillage kit, etc).
• Executes the daily operations for the assigned task in compliance with SOP, SHE, and other guidelines.
• Implement contractor safety management.
• Monitor and FU action plan in IMS system and distribute to respective department.
• Lead and or support for SHE committee meeting, incident investigation.
• Conduct audit permit to work (general permit, CS, WAH, etc).
• Serve two BU (Perfumery & Beauty and Taste, Texture & Health) under SHE&S Assoc. Manager supervision.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), environmental science, mechanical, engineering, chemical science.
• At least 3 years experience as SHE Officer/Specialist in FMCG or chemical industry.
• Hold AK3 certification, and hold SHE certification is advantage.
• Good understanding with OHS regulation and environment regulation.
• Having competencies for SHE Risk Assessment (HAZOP, HIRADC, JSA, or other), Incident Investigation, Process Safety.
• Knowledge of permit to work (Hot Work, working at).
