The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for active contributions to grow the fine fragrance experience business and positioning in Indonesia and in the region. This function will be based in Indonesia at our office in Tanah Abang and reporting to the Marketing Manager, Fine Fragrances who is based in Singapore.

• Support regional marketing team with planning, implementing and monitoring market dynamics in Indonesia and the region.
• Build strong market intelligence, trends and consumer understanding to identify new space and product opportunities for our customer and drive a competitive advantage.
• To present and create scent market trends and concepts to clients.
• Partner with regional and local commercial, FDMs and designer to deliver compelling and on-brand creative presentations- concept, trend, insights & fragrances- to win briefs.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, event and trade shows.
• Participate in local Indonesia beauty and scent events and identify new client opportunities in the market.
• Support the development of regional new creative marketing programmes and new sensorial presentation techniques to reinforce fragrance messages.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree/University Degree/Business/Marketing (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years’ experience in marketing in Indonesia or international- marketing experience in a Fragrance House or in FMCG Scent or Beauty products is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bahasa fluent and English advanced.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience in brand building, product conception, analysing consumer data and spotting market trends.
• Passion for fragrance and storytelling.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Digital Savvy.
• Knowledge in B2C marketing tools and application (ie. Social media analytics, brand activation, etc) is a plus.
