This function will be reporting to the Indonesia Commercial Director and this role is focused on Perfumery division and it will be based at Firmenich office at Tanah Abang.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible to grow clients, propose and drive the growth of more medium to smaller customers.
• Routine engagement with all local clients.
• Responsible to deliver sales growth and margin target in Indonesia.
• Work with regional office on Innovation Plan and potentials, adoption rate and growth ambition for local clients.
• Define account / segment needs, targets, priorities to win business.
• Work closely with regional Marketing and Consumer Insight team to develop the Indonesian market even better.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 5-7 years working experience in B2B sales.
• Good understanding of Perfumery house industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commercially savvy with good negotiation skill – ability to ‘close the deal’.
• Keen ability to identify and communicate local country market, and consumer trends.
• Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, Result Oriented, Entrepreneurial and able to work independently and or in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, agility, resilience and having the ability to communicate at all levels.
