The position will focus on the pro-active acquisition of new leads/prospects as well as maximizing sales of all aftermarket products to the existing F&B customer base.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Sales of Donaldson replacement filters and other aftermarket products in assigned territory via daily calls and follow ups against a given sales goal.
• Independently plan and schedule outbound sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales efforts to achieve given KPI.
• Issue and follow up on written quotations for standard after-market product within set price and discount levels until placement of customer order.
• Following up with external sales/service/distributors on leads, generating and tracking opportunities through all the sales stages.
• Recover previous clients.
• Ensure that the CRM data base is maintained in a systematic and accurate manner in order to increase frequency of sales activities and to provide an up-to-date sales data source.
• Advise clients of other products and services available, within the same business unit but also across other areas of Donaldson’s business.
• Collate and distribute client feedback on quality, new projects, budgets and competitor information. This data to be made available for the appropriate sales department/region in order to improve quality and increase sales opportunities and revenue.
• Liaise with internal sales and service organization in order to keep them fully informed on activities concerning assigned customers.
• Collect information of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with others within the business unit for better strategic placement in the marketplace.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, food science, food engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in an internal sales function dealing with cliental via phone & electronic transfer.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Experience in using a CRM software.
• 2 years previous outbound telephone sales experience.
• Strong communication skills; strong attention to detail.
• Motivated, Aggressive, Competitive, High Energy, Independent Sales Professional.
• Able to establish rapport and influence.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• High resilience and able to handle rejection from customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, PPT, Outlook and Word).
• Able to communicate in both written and spoken Thai and English.
