• Follow up growers’ plantation and area movement farm activities and estimate and plan for short- term and long- term fruit deliver from direct growers.
• Plans and conducts promotions and demonstrations on Dole agricultural practices and technology to growers / suppliers to build awareness of better techniques or modern farm technology.
• Conducts grower deliver align with the right fruit specification and follow up fruit's quality problem due to Dole requirement.
• Maintains good relationship with growers and villagers through contacts and participates in the community relations.
• Conducts field surveys in the southern zone to estimate and determine supply sources of raw material.
• Recruit growers in his/her areas of responsibility to become members of the Dole Thailand growers' program.
• Submitted reports such as field activities, field inspection etc.
• Ensures safe work conditions in his/her areas of responsibility and promotes safety consciousness among subordinates. Enforces safety rules and regulations.
• Participates actively in the company’s Continuous Improvement Programs; and leads and directs activities related to improvements as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Pre & Post Harvesting, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Extension or Soil Science
• Experience: ≥3 years work experience in related fields
• Knowledge: Agriculture, Pre-Harvesting, Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Extension
• Skills: Plantation Data and Statistical Analysis, Planning, Budget Planning, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Supervision, Communication Computer and English
• Behaviors: Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Interpersonal
