The Head of Learning & Development at Dohome Learning Academy is responsible for leading the training academy, designing development plans, and implementing various learning and development initiatives to support operational excellence.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Leads as expert Training academy, designing development plan or executing the both head office and store, supporting business unit for any related.
• Implement Learning & Development Foundation, Learning & Development Policy, Training Road Map, Competencies training, Development Framework & Program and related system to support operation excellence.
• Identifies functional development needs of employees in the business unit and defining career/development plans with the related manager.
• Lead the L&D team to implement effective training and development programs.
• Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that address both current and future organizational needs.
• Utilize a variety of learning methods including e-learning, in-person training, mentorship, and workshops.
• Working closely with every department to analyze training & development needs.
• Collaborate with HR to identify key skills gaps and development opportunities across all levels of the workforce.
• Supports management in team development projects and organization processes.
• Create and manage leadership development programs, succession planning processes, and high-potential employee initiatives.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of Training academy, Functional development.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Learning and development, Training academy, People and Culture Transformation or related field will be an advantage.
• Professional use of MS Office.
• Possess self-motivation, strong leadership and highly responsible.
• Excellent people skills interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations and talent management systems.
• Retail experience will be advantage.
