หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain workstations, server and related peripherals including telephone, fax and printer.
• Assist end-users to solve problems (hardware/software/network) related to workstations and peripherals (Notebooks, Printers, etc).
• Manage day to day systems administration, network, systems security, anti-virus disaster recovery, systems backup & maintenance.
• Design and develop database applications for support end user requirements in organization.
• Provide internal training for user.
• Perform any other job as assigned by the quality system.
• Response job from Manager and Management assignment.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electronic or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in information technology.
• Basic understanding of General IT Knowledge.
• Knowledge of networking, internet, server.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Computer literacy (Ms Window, Ms Office, etc).
• Self motivation, Keep to learn and service mind.
• Fair verbal communication skills and written skill in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Able to work flexible hours.
