Discova is seeking a world-class Reservations Executive to join its global team, playing a key role in delivering best-in-class service and memorable experiences for travelers while ensuring operational success.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Your main responsibilities are:
• To directly handle the logistics fulfilment
• Consistently implement the company One-Best-Ways (OBWs) processes/procedures/systems across the accounts handled.
• Effectively cooperate with OPS and Fleet, Product, Sales, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements
• Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes are updated on the reservations system in an accurate and timely manner
• Handle and make reservations of accommodation, air ticket, train ticket, suppliers, restaurants, all services including in package (except tour guides)
• Service all agent enquiries professionally and efficiently in a timely manner according to business expectations

คุณสมบัติ

The Essentials:
• At least 2 years of experience in Reservations; a degree in Tourism and Hospitality is an advantage
• Fluent in national local language and intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken English

• High attention to detail and strong time/priority management skills
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable with a flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings

• Willing to travel on business when required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
